Fostering Creativity, Learning, and Avian Enrichment

          The Youth Bird Arts and Crafts Program is a unique opportunity for children 6-12 to explore woodworking, avian behavior, and the joy of creating items that enhance the lives of our resident birds.

Available as a six-week or extended twelve-week course, participants in this program will use hand and small power tools to create bird toys, perches, birdhouses, and other bird enrichment items. In addition to fostering creativity and craftsmanship, this program aids in community building while helping children to learn about bird behavior and needs.
