By submitting this form, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. ​Assumption of Risk:
   I understand that by entering the Albatross Aviary, I may encounter live birds, including birds in free flight. I am aware of the natural risks associated with close proximity to animals, including but not limited to scratches, bites, allergic reactions, and other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.

2. Sobriety Requirement:
   I affirm that I am not under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any other substances that could impair my ability to safely participate in this event.

3. Personal Responsibility:
   I agree to exercise caution and respect all rules and instructions provided by Albatross Aviary staff and volunteers. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own behavior and safety while on the premises.

4. Release of Liability:
   I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Albatross Aviary, its employees, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, or agents for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by me in connection with my visit, including any injury or loss caused by negligence.

5. Photo and Media Release:
   I grant permission to Albatross Aviary to use my likeness, including photographs and video recordings taken during the event, for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, in any and all media formats now or hereafter known, without compensation or further permission.

6. COVID-19 and Communicable Disease Risk:
   I acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of illness or injury.
